What form of payment can I use?
The first $500 is paid with cash. The balance can be paid with debit, credit, cash, check, or money order. Must be paid in full on auction night.

If I don’t have enough money, can I come back and pay the balance?
No. The vehicle must be paid in full on the night of the sale.

Do the vehicles have warranties?
Most vehicles are sold AS IS (Red Light). Some are sold with a "Buy and Test Drive" (Green Light); however, some vehicles are available for limited warranty.

Do I have to fill out the registration paperwork every time I come back? No. Once the registration forms have been filled out, you will be given a yellow card with your permanent buyer/seller number.

If I want to sell a vehicle, what do I have to bring to the auction?
You must have a clear title with your name on the front of the title. Any liens on the vehicle must be signed off and dated to show the title is clear.

Can I test drive a vehicle?
We allow a test drive and buy feature at our auction. This only applies to GREEN LIGHT vehicles.

Once I buy a vehicle, can I leave it at the auction and pick it up later?
Yes. All vehicles most be removed before the next auction.

Can I leave my vehicle at the auction to run on the next auction night?
Yes. Just let the office personnel know that you wish to run the vehicle on the next auction night and you will be placed on the reserve list.

Can I call and reserve a number for the auction?
Yes. You can call and provide your bidder/seller number and you will be reserved a number for that night’s auction.

Will I have any problems because my title is not here on the night of the auction?
No. When the seller is a dealer, they have 30 days to provide you with a title.

Do I have insurance once I have bought the vehicle?
That will depend on your insurance policy. You will need to speak with your insurance company to determine if any new purchase is covered under your policy.

Can I get insurance without a title?
Yes. You can provide your insurance company with the copy of the bill of sale, which has all the information necessary to insure the vehicle.

Can I bring my children to the auction?
Yes. We just ask that the children do not enter in to the auction lanes.
